Using POSCO’s Central Terminal System (CTS) developed in 1984, POSCO Terminal was founded in January 2003 under a Joint Venture between POSCO and Mitsui & Co. of Japan as a complex logistics business providing marine and inland transportation and storage facilities and redistribution.

From its Gwangyang and Pohang CTS ports, POSCO Terminal provides great value and state-of-the art facilities to power generation and cement producers through timely transportation, reduced costs, and stable business support. POSCO Terminal is a profitable, socially responsible and environmentally conscious complex distribution service company which aims to expand it’s services from North-East Asia to the rest of the world.
